Brazilian police have arrested a suspected serial killer in Paraíba State (a northeastern Brazilian state) after he attempted to escape disguised in a wig and carrying a baby. Jorlan Lopes da Silva, 33, confessed to committing 80 murders following his capture. Authorities say they will now reopen dozens of cold cases in light of his confession.
