Separately, Israeli forces opened fire in the Nuseirat and al-Bureij refugee camps (displacement settlements in the central Gaza Strip) on Friday, injuring multiple people sheltering in tents. The attacks come as Gaza's Health Ministry warns the territory's health system is near total collapse, with Israel continuing to restrict the entry of medical aid and fuel into the enclave.
