Paige Shiver, former executive assistant to University of Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore, has spoken publicly for the first time about the relationship that led to his dismissal and criminal sentencing. In an interview airing Friday on Good Morning America, Shiver said Moore controlled "my emotions, my career" and used that power against her, describing repeated failed attempts to leave the relationship. Moore, 39, was fired in December and sentenced this month to 18 months' probation after pleading to charges including felony home invasion and misdemeanor trespassing, stemming from an incident at Shiver's apartment in which he allegedly sent unwanted communications and threatened self-harm after she tried to cut contact.
