Ambassadors from all 30 NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) member states arrived at Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Tuesday aboard a charter flight, in what officials are describing as an unusually large-scale diplomatic delegation. The group, which will remain in Japan through the 17th, is expected to hold talks with Japanese cabinet ministers to deepen bilateral and regional cooperation. The visit is widely seen as a coordinated response to China's ongoing military build-up in the Indo-Pacific.
