Indian IT giant HCLTech (one of India's largest technology services companies, founded by billionaire Shiv Nadar) reported a net profit of ₹4,488 crore for the fourth quarter, a 4% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 12% to ₹33,981 crore, signalling continued growth momentum. The company also announced a dividend of ₹24 per share, with chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra noting that the firm is reshaping its portfolio in response to the global shift toward artificial intelligence.
