Taiwanese television host Blackie Chen has publicly apologised after posting a photo on Instagram showing celebrity friends, including singer Wang Leehom, visiting him in the intensive care unit (ICU) of National Taiwan University Hospital following a near-fatal heart attack. The image violated the hospital's ward regulations and prompted public questions about whether Chen and his famous visitors had received preferential treatment. In an Instagram Story posted after his discharge, Chen acknowledged his "personal negligence" in failing to follow hospital rules and expressed regret for causing trouble for hospital management and drawing public concern.
