The case is further complicated by a parallel lawsuit from co-host Jackie O Henderson, who is separately suing ARN for more than $80 million and whose legal team says Sandilands caused her significant psychological harm; a judge indicated both cases will likely be heard together at a 10-day trial scheduled for October.
