Four employees of the National Logistics Cell (NLC), a Pakistani state-run logistics organisation, were shot and killed by unidentified armed motorcyclists near Border Post No 250 in Gwadar district, close to the Pakistan-Iran border. The attackers opened fire on the victims' pickup truck, then set the vehicle ablaze and fled with a large sum of cash the employees were reportedly carrying. Police recovered a motorcycle believed to belong to the attackers at the scene and have launched an investigation into the assault.
