A 33-year-old man has been charged with murder and kidnapping in connection with the disappearance of a 58-year-old woman from Sydney's north-western suburbs (roughly 28 km west of the city centre), whose body has not yet been located. The woman was last heard from on Monday afternoon, when she told family she was meeting a relative in Winston Hills; her car was found there the following morning, prompting a police investigation. The suspect was arrested on Thursday after being found in bushland near Tomerong, south of Nowra, and has been refused bail ahead of a court appearance on Friday.
