British television presenter Jeremy Clarkson has disclosed that he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, revealing the news in the final two episodes of the fifth season of his Amazon Prime Video series Clarkson's Farm. The 65-year-old said he has known about the diagnosis since May, but that the disease was detected at a very early stage, though he acknowledged part of his treatment had not gone as planned. Clarkson, best known internationally for his long run on the BBC motoring show Top Gear, addressed his uncertain future directly on screen, telling colleagues: "If all goes well, I'll see you for season six — and if not, I won't."
