An 18-year-old man from Rotterdam was shot and killed on the Graafseweg in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, just outside the grounds of the Vierdaagsefeesten (a major outdoor festival held alongside the city's famous annual four-day walking event) on Thursday evening.
