Germany's Federal Foreign Office summoned the Russian ambassador on Monday to protest what it described as "direct threats" against targets on German soil, warning that the move was an attempt to intimidate Berlin into reducing its support for Ukraine. The threats appear connected to a list published last week by Russia's Ministry of Defence naming 21 companies — including at least three German firms — that Moscow claims supply drones to Ukraine, accompanied by a thinly veiled suggestion those sites could be targeted. "We will not be intimidated," the German foreign ministry said, adding that such threats and all forms of espionage in Germany are "completely unacceptable"; the Russian embassy declined to comment.
