The Philippine House of Representatives has voted overwhelmingly to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte for the second time, on charges of misusing public funds, accumulating unexplained wealth, and making death threats against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and members of his family. Monday's vote, in which 257 of 290 lawmakers in attendance supported impeachment — far exceeding the one-third threshold required — now moves the case to the Senate for trial.
