Pakistan captain Fatima Sana has shattered the world record for the fastest half-century in women's T20 international cricket, reaching fifty off just 15 balls against Zimbabwe in Karachi. The 24-year-old all-rounder went on to score 62 off 19 balls — hitting 10 fours and two sixes at a strike rate of 326 — as Pakistan posted 223-4 and won by 133 runs to sweep the series 3-0. Sana broke the previous record of 18 balls, which had been shared by New Zealand's Sophie Devine, Australia's Phoebe Litchfield, and India's Richa Ghosh.
