A British Royal Air Force Hawk jet (a twin-seat trainer and light combat aircraft used by the RAF's fast-jet training programme) crashed during a training exercise on the island of Anglesey, north Wales, on Wednesday. User-filmed footage shows the aircraft flying low before nosediving and bursting into flames, with two pilots appearing to eject seconds before impact. UK Defence Minister Wes Streeting confirmed an investigation has been launched into the incident.
