A 10-year-old Chartreux cat named Mishu has gone missing at Brussels Airport (Zaventem) after arriving on flight DN403 from Romania on 17 July, prompting a desperate appeal from his owner's family. The cat, who was travelling in the cargo hold due to his weight of over eight kilograms, was not found when his owner came to collect him — only a damaged transport crate was returned. The family suspects the crate broke open during baggage handling, and has contacted airline Dan Air, ground handler Aviapartner, and multiple animal shelters, so far without success; airport security camera footage has yielded no clues as to Mishu's whereabouts.
